Delete your Pata Hao account

You can request deletion of your Pata Hao account and associated personal information without signing into the app.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@patahao.app with the subject Pata Hao Account Deletion Request.
2. Include the email address or phone number associated with your Pata Hao account. Never send your password or payment PIN.
3. Our support team may request verification that you own the account before processing the request.

What happens to your data?

Following verification, we will process deletion of account profile information and associated personal data where appropriate. Some payment, transaction, dispute, security or legally required records may be retained where applicable obligations require it.
